All e-bikes in stock would ship out in 1-3 business days.

All in-stock accessories & components would ship out in 7-10 business days.

It will take 3-5 business days to arrive.

Delivery time

In normal, ebikes would delivery in 3-5 business time.

We delivery by FedEx, UPS and USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address.

Shipping area

We ship nationwide in USA, EXCEPT Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii. For customers who live in Canada, please email us at support@nakto.com for more information. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.

 *As a reminder, the carrier will only attempt delivery once. To ensure successful delivery, you must provide a clear and accurate address, especially if you live in an APARTMENT COMPLEX. We've had several cases where packages were not received due to unclear apartment numbers. Please keep in mind that we are unable to request a second delivery attempt, and an incorrect or unclear address could result in a lost package. If you're concerned about the possibility of a lost package because of an ambiguous apartment address, please provide us with a more SOLID address to ensure successful delivery. *All of our products are shipped by FedEx, UPS and USPS. More than 10 bikes will send by truck. The truck company will call you once it arrives to your destination terminal to schedule delivery time and date with you. Please make sure that someone will be present to receive the items and that you give us a valid day time phone number for them to contact you. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives and notify the driver of any damage or missing piece.

Pick up from the warehouse in Placentia CA

lf you wish to pick up your order directly from the warehouse, you need to order on ourwebsite at "nakto.com" first, then contact us to set up a pick-up date and time via email support@nakto.com. The warehouse is so busy these days. We only provide the pick upservice. It does not cover the assembly service.

How to assemble NAKTO Ebikes

NAKTO Electric Bikes are shipped 95% assembled. When you receive your bike, you just need to attach the front wheel, set up the handlebars and screw in the pedals. It is very easy. For assembly videos, please check our YouTube Channel here!

*Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that during holiday or busy season, there might be a delay in shipping out your unit, we want to make sure that your unit is completely checked before it leaves our warehouse.
